The default templates should be fine with your theme as I've tested it out on lots of free Wordpress themes already and most work really well. Some require some style tweaks, but you aren't going to get the same HTML to show up perfectly across all themes. As for the Flexibility themes, I was using the free version of Flexibility 2 and I just got a copy of the Flex Squeeze a while ago for testing purposes.
