One of the biggest time saving features of ReviewAZON is the ability to add bulk Amazon products/product reviews to your blog. Not only can you add multiple products at one time, you can also schedule those products to post to one or more categories and post at a scheduled time or interval.
For example, if you wanted to post 10 DVD product reviews to your blog, have them start posting tomorrow at 5pm and post one per day over the next 10 days you can do that.
Check out the demo video that shows you the incredibly simple interface that you can use to save TONS of time adding Amazon products to your blog!

Any plans for pricing and rights to usage? Unlimited domains?
Posted By: Rick On: March 28, 2009 At: 8:15 am
I am anxiously awaiting the product…One thing to mention is that for some reason I am unable to view the videos in both FF and IE? Is there another link to make that happen?
Thanks,
Rick

Any update on pricing? Want to make sure I didn’t miss an email.
Posted By: Jay On: March 29, 2009 At: 11:52 pm
Just got it. Great pricing. You mentioned that there would be special pricing for those on our list. Does that include the developer license? Didn’t see it mentioned in the email.
Posted By: Robert On: March 30, 2009 At: 3:25 am
For $79, i think i’ll go for phpzon (sister of phpbay) for only $30 (pre-sales) with lifetime free updates.
$79 is way overpriced for a amazon plugin, if you keep in mind that amazon only use 1 day cookies for affiliates, and thus harder to make money with….
Posted By: Jay On: March 30, 2009 At: 7:26 am
phpbay is great and so will phpzon, but keep in mind what revieazon can do compared to phpzon. Just the fact to be able to bulk add amazon reviews and drip feed them in is worth the price alone IMO. That creates an active site over time on autopilot. The 2 plugins could compliment each other. Perhaps use phpzon for product pages in the style of phpbay pro and use reviewazon for review posts.
Just my opinion but I think the price is fair for what you get and can do with it. Plus it will be cheaper for those on the mailing list. The 1 day cookie stinks but that’s out of or or Brad’s control.
Just my 2 cents. To each his own

“I failed to mention this in my haste to get out the pricing email last night, but I am offering lifetime updates as well. Any enhancements, new features and of course bug fixes will be free to any paying member over the life of the product.– Brad”
Hey Brad. This is what I was looking for. WordPress grows very fast and I don’t know how many upgrades I had to do in last 2-3 years. I am not a programmer so always relied on plugin releases to update their plugins with each new WP release. I have seen many plugins that are now obsolete. I am glad that you are offering lifetime support and free upgrade.
I am still looking for answer to another question I have. How easy is it to implement in wordpress themes? I see you have used the “Flexibility” theme for your demo sites. Theme is one of the most important part of any site and if you can give me some lights on implementing ReviewAZON, that would be wonderful.
Great work.

Hi All,
Dont understand me wrong.
Brad, your templates (or themes, or how you want to name it) are absolutely fantastic (i dont have them, but it looks great) and i have no doubt about the quality of the reviewazon plugin.
If the reviewazon plugin is mean to create full amazon stores, then im totally wrong.
Like Phpbay, can be used as an add-on for a blog and thats exactly what im looking for.
Just post 3 or 4 products on a horizontal line after a post to “tease” visitors instead of full amazon stores.
A question about reviewazon, is the plugin encrypted?
I guess not as you already replied me in an email about the theme/template that you do not encrypt your products so customers can easily change and add things themselves.
So, i dont mean to talk any bad about reviewazon, but compared with the price its about 60% cheaper.
Good to hear you offer free lifetime updates as well
Posted By: Robert On: March 30, 2009 At: 12:30 pm
By the way, im looking forward to checkout the special price.
Im already on the update list to receive your email.
Yes, the amazon cookie is out of Brad’s control.
Its really strange of amazon not offering at least a 7 days cookie.
Where can i find a comparison of the licenses?

Hey Brad,
your Example Sites got product links from both EBAY and AMAZON. Can we do the same with your plugin? Or do we have to buy PHPBAY to integrate Ebay?
Just curious.
I am already saving money to buy your product as soon as you release!

If I’m not mistaken Ankan, he is incorporating phpbay lite with the plugin so you can have ebay listings as well. I have phpbay pro so I hope that will not cause any issues.
Any idea Brad if having phpbay pro already installed will be an issue with using your plugin?
Posted By: Robert On: March 31, 2009 At: 3:00 pm
@Jay
I also have phpbay pro but was in a doubt between phpzon or reviewazon.
Do you already have phpzon?
If yes, how is it working for you?
Are you happy with it?
Posted By: Robert On: March 31, 2009 At: 4:37 pm
@Brad
Did you already send an email with the special discount code?
I didnt got anything for so far….
Did i missed something?
Posted By: Joseph On: March 31, 2009 At: 10:23 pm
Brad,
Love the pricing especially the single use license/multi domain, right up my ally. But what about something in the middle, like a non developer Use License, Unlimited Domains and Resale Rights? I’m far from being a programmer so I’m not interested in changing anything about the plugin. I assuming thats what the Developer Use License means. Also the option to upgrade from one license to another. Will you have a forum setup as well?

@Robert
I do have phpZon and it’s nice but very limited since it’s the pre-release. The final version will be like phpbay pro with similar features and templates that are easy to modify. How much I will use it, I’m not sure. I’m quite impressed with what reviewzon can do and for my purposes it may be more of what I need than phpzon.
For me reviewzon will fit in nicely with the way I create by WP sites. I use pages instead of posts for the “store” section and that’s where phpbay pro works great.
I want to set up a review section for specific brands and that’ where reviewzon will be great for my purposes. Visitors want reviews usually before they buy so with reviewzon I can give them that and if it has phpbay and amazon as a choice, even better.
It’s all good

Thanks for the review.

Alright i just wait for your newsletter next week.
I hope you’ll find a way to hide the affiliate links, but also keep an eye on SEO.
So an original url looks like http://www.amazon.com/affiliateID/content/product/categorie/etc. looks like:
http://www.myownwebsite.com/review/blablabla.html
On Phpbay Pro you can enable/disable the eBay in posts/pages.
Maybe this will be a good option for reviewazon too.

Finally watched your youtube video too. I have one more question, is there any copyright issue with using Amazon Reviews and amazon user reviews to my site?
Sorry about too many questions.
I hope to see you product next week.

Just got an email from Amazon that they have changed (in bad way) their referal program.
“Dear Amazon Associate:
We’re writing to let you know about a change to the Amazon Associates Program. After careful review of how we are investing our advertising resources, we have made the decision to no longer pay referral fees to Associates who send users to http://www.amazon.com, http://www.amazon.ca, or http://www.endless.com through keyword bidding and other paid search on Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other search engines, and their extended search networks. If you’re not sure if this change affects you, please visit this page for FAQs.
As of May 1, 2009, Associates will not be paid referral fees for paid search traffic. Also, in connection with this change, as of May 1, 2009, Amazon will no longer make data feeds available to Associates for the purpose of sending users to the Amazon websites in the US or Canada via paid search.
This change applies only to the Associates programs in North America. If you are conducting paid search activities in connection with one of Amazon’s Associates Programs outside of the US and Canada, please refer to the applicable country’s Associates Program Operating Agreement for relevant terms and conditions.
We appreciate your continued support and participation in this advertising Program. If you have questions or concerns, please write to us by using the Contact Us form available on Associates Central.
Sincerely,
The Amazon Associates Program”
Yes Amazon, youre doing great business!
First of all restrict referal cookies to 1 day, and now this joke.
Whats next?
Maybe cut the commission to 1% like Dell and Apple does.
One big joke…
My message: Its a bloody shame that such company exist!
Parasites….
(that does not mean Brad’s plugin isnt good, i only speak about Amazon)

Brad,
How is the latest Amazon announcement going to affect reviewazon?
It’s basically stated that we can’t use paid search to direct visitors directly to Amazon which is fine, but this one question below is of concern. Don’t we need a web service key to run reviewazon?
https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/promo/paidsearch
Q: Can I still make calls to the Amazon Associates Web Service or obtain a data feed if I use it the content to create links on my website?
A: Your access to the Amazon Associates Web Service or our data feed will be terminated unless you notify us prior to May 1, 2009 that you will use our content for purposes permitted under the Amazon Web Services Customer Agreement. Your continued access to and use of the Amazon Associates Web Service, data feed, or content, however, is subject to your continued compliance with the Associates Operating Agreement and the AWS Customer Agreement.

Thanks. Just got your email. I emailed Amazon as well asking them how do we go about making sure that we keep our access key valid and working. If I get response, I’ll post here as well to make sure we’ll on the same page.
Nice timing by Amazon eh?

Hi Brad,
Is there any update about the launch of Reviewazon? To say I am disappointed is an understatement! Not with you, as I understand you need to investigate this change before launching, but this is probably the single product launch about which I’ve been most excited in a very long time. I even had some new domains purchased and ready to go.
The way I read the change, I cannot imagine it should affect use of your plug-in, as the plug-in requires people to build a website and not direct link.
In fact, this change is probably going to make Reviewazon more popular than ever.

Hey Susan…
Glad that you left some comments. I have been visiting this page almost every hour I am online. Did not want to disturb Brad at all. So decided not to comment. I am also simply desperately waiting for the release. I almost made up my mind to go for PHPbay for now. Then I resisted myself. I have not got any new domains though. Hope Brad can resolve the issue with Amazon soon.

Hi Brad.
Yes, I have received your email. Do you know when are you planning to set up the support forum? I have so far used adsense and other ad revenue services as my site income source. Your plugin is so awesome that I am planning to try “product sale” promotions now. Your support forum would be a great place to discuss success and failure with Amazon from various publishers and improve targeted product placement using Reviewazon. Hoping to see rest of the Reviewazon users helping each other and building a great knowledge-base for the betterment of all of us.

Not to sound impatient, but any new ETA on launch?
Posted By: Ankan Basu On: April 20, 2009 At: 11:50 am
Hi Brad,
Received your email. Hope everything is going smoothly for you. Can’t wait to see the product out in the market.
Are you using PAID version of the Flexibility theme?
I really don’t want to spend money for wordpress themes. I bought some before but none met my needs. It is way better to buy support from the theme developer rather than buying a theme.
Hope ReviewAzon works with my theme.

I am using Hybrid News theme by Justin. The themes he developed are free but most powerful. Also, I think Hybrid themes (including the child themes) are very popular and use in numerous websites too.
here is the link to the theme webpage
